I got got banned after i got Heatlh on the Ship.
What was the Reason?

That means you had a simple timeout (connection interruption). You can reconnect on LVP whenever you wantÂ

After Server Restart there was written that i got banned.

That could be a SA-MP bug, sometimes it shows you're banned when reconnecting too fast, try again.
