Skype's auto shutting down? - MidNight - 10-18-2010
Since last days, after a while of inactivity, Skype is automatickly sutting down for no reason,
my pc is clean in all ways, checked google but there isnt wrote much about skype crashes,
tryed to reinstall, have the latest version but with no efect, Avast, Threatfire or Comodo arent
saying anything about a threat or sth, checked for virus/spyware/malware nothing found.
I need skype to say in contact with my family members and all that.
Has someone any ideas about solving this problem?

I thought you meant skype was closing down
Does it do it when you do something specific?
Like, does it work OK if it's open at the bottom, but if you call someone does it close down?
Try installing an older version, seeing if it works.

at the windows startup it goes on without problems, so i leave it in the backround,
go do something else, like surf web or w/e, after a while when i wanna call someone
i move the cursor to the task bar and the icon dissapears and skype.exe isnt in the
process list anymore, sometimes it suts down repaetly when i wanna turn it back on,
but its a sutdown no crash, cuz theres no single error massage coming up...
its like when you go afk it goes off or sth, never hapened before o_O
