That's a hero? So...what if the fans were getting their life drained from the riots by them getting pushed against the fence? And a whole load of them dying, then having news papers saying how them fans urinated and stole from the dead bodies?
That's what happened to Hillsborough when 96 fans (my dad's cousin included) died and many injured at an FA cup semi-final and The Sun told stories about the fans urinating on the dead fans and stealing from them. Then to top it off 21 years later we're still trying to get justice done and other fans (in particular Manchester United fans) make jokes about it.
Hero, huh? There's nothing to be proud of / happy about when it comes to hooliganism.

Yeah,i hear that. I'm to without dad. And yes,they do right thing,i mean our hooligans,in saturday was gay pride in belgrade,hooligans attack and destroy police bitches and same hooligans got pass to go in Italy,so is not problem with hooligans,our country is facked!

The serbian soccer federation had to discuss about suspending the match, since it was the last chance for the Serbia to pass the qualifications. In my opinion, it should have been suspended even before starting it, since there were some sort of "warnings" (such as that smoke grenade pulled into one of the player's bus).
I feel sorry for the other serbian supporters, innocent peoples who faced a long travel to come here in Italy and watch a match and not a riot (which had nothing to do with soccer). What should a 10 years old boy think about sportsmanship after being spectator of that horrible show?

It always irks me when Liverpool fans play the self pity card over Hillsborough considering what their fans did 4 years previously in Heysel. They not only murdered Juventus fans but set English football back 20 years due to the european ban imposed on all football clubs.

We don't play the pity card, and those 96 shouldn't have paid the price for what happened at the Heysel stadium. The news papers shouldn't have printed such horrible stories and the likes of you shouldn't keep using Heysel to look down on us when we bring up Hillsborough.
