If he is actually asking for it why should it be up to the green guys? If he ends up permanently banned and some days (hours) later regrets it and wants to come back (because I'm sure that'll happen), too bad for him, he made a decision and he has to face its consequences.

He was asking estroe to permaban him on IRC, and like always he just silly'd his way out of it. What I'll do is: I won't unban him after the five days I gave him. I'll let a Management member do it if they feel like it.
