It's weird that my microphone is working in MSN, Skype, Teamspeak but it doesn't work in CS 1.6 ? Like i don't understand, every options is for microphone is right but it just doesn't work.
So if anyone can help, please, tell me

Prolly your thingy is turned down at the voice options that allows you to configure the volume of your mic.

If you're in Vista or Seven, you get individual audio options for every application that's open. Is the mic volume turned up for CS 1.6?
(It's just the speaker icon in the task tray).
