Maybe add a command like /toprace where it shows up the top 5 best lap times of all races and ofcourse put the name of the player who did the best lap
exemple :
(race name ) ( lap time ) ( player name )
And if it could be possible add money for each day/week the player has the best lap time in any race
it could maybe make races more attractive since no1 is participating in those
exemple :
you increase his bank account by 1000 for each day or each week he's been #1 in any race ?
Last idea isn't realy important
