I drove a monstertruck on the strip. You passed me by. You started to shoot at me? I drove back tot he ship and i ran onto the ship?
Where is the shiplaming? There is no shiplaming since i was not fighting you or shooting at you.

Jail is for these things
and shooting your car while being on a vehicle isn't called "passed me by".
