Seems you used a money hack to refill your moneys after the taxi you took to the Ammunation. You had not received any money, neither you or rudy_96 (rudi96) withdrawn money. Can you please explain what happened, with more details?

Also, you didn't get 4 millions, because you just got $1999500 (exactely to fill your moneys to two millions). Can you explain where did you get exactely that moneys? You didn't received any dollar from rudi96.

There isn't trace of money transfer, neither of money withdraw. You just logged in, took a taxi to the Ammunation, then received or cheated that money, and you started buying weapons. If you can't explain how did you get that money (surely not from a money transfer - proof logs), your appeal will be denied.

In-game time does not mean "impossible to cheat".
Since rudi96 joined the same minute as you did, he could not have 4 mil per minute since he didn't own any property.
rudi96 is not a registered player, so he did not have this money anyway.
Neither did he send money to you.
Too bad for you, but your cheating just didn't work out for you.
