Solution to your Windows Movie Maker Problem, don't use Windows Movie Maker. I dont understand this, by secondary u mean external harddrive? Why would u wanna record on a secondary anyway? Isnt that just more job getting files to other places than ur main drive Re: Post Your fights here!! - Sean - 07-10-2011 (07-10-2011, 07:10 PM)AirForce link Wrote: Only onemaximum fps is 100 song name? Re: Post Your fights here!! - Danny - 07-10-2011 I don't mean external, I mean putting a second hard drive inside your computer (you can get anyone at any computer workshop to do this for you, or you can do it yourself if you know how). The reason Fraps lags when recording games is beacuse it's trying to write to the same drive that both Fraps and San Andreas is being run from. If you record to a secondary hard drive, it's writing to a different place and doesn't cause much FPS drop. When I play Call of Duty 4, I get 250fps. When I record it to my main C:\ drive I get 60fps. When I record to my secondary E:\ drive I get 180-200fps. Re: Post Your fights here!! - Sean - 07-10-2011 and maybe u limited ur fraps fps Re: Post Your fights here!! - [SAE]Grim - 07-11-2011 (07-10-2011, 11:36 PM)Danny link Wrote: The reason Fraps lags when recording games is beacuse it's trying to write to the same drive that both Fraps and San Andreas is being run from. Atm, idk why, I run San Andreas from an external harddrive and fraps is on C xD But like, I have WoW on C and Fraps on C, and it seems like that causes problems. I fraps the game itself at like 50 fps wich is good, but when I view it on any media player it shows massive lag spikes every second. Maybe thats why. |
