Bank goes negative minus thingy thing thing shizzle - Holsje - 06-06-2010
This happened to me:
I did /bank all and I got -2bill banked.
Now I gues you want to know what I did, well I'll tell.
Where I was going? I was going nowhere, first time I as near the strip, killed somebody, got bounty (300mill) did /bank all and ended with -1.97bill, While I just had to bank 150k (I used 3min before to tp to the guy I wanted to kill for the bounty, he was at the airport and ran there to the near the strip)
A clear discription: First time: I got 300mill+ from a bounty, I had arround 1.999.850.000 banked, did /bank all to add that 150k in my bank but I ended up with a banked ammount of -1.97bill.
Hitman helped me, and make my bank ammount 1.97bill, What gave me a total of 300mill++ lose, but I didn't realy care, I still had, almost, 2bill.
Second time what happened is that I let jahspora kill me so he can get my bounty (I added 900mill to myself and somebody else 100mill) and add a part on himself so I could get my bank filled again.
So he killed me, added 700mill bounty on himself, putted another 200mill on me, I killed him.
Then I had arround 1.399.1**.*** banked, and 700mill cash, so I did /bank all again, and ended up with -2.095bill.
Then I told in admin chat, and Lithirm gave me 1.7bill back (gave me again a lose of 400m).
Yes there was somebody else with this problem, when I was complaining at Lithirm I didn't get my full 2bill back (Still leaving me with a small lose) he said he also had it once.
Like I said it happened twice, look above for steps and procedures
Yes I did try to reconnect, didn't fix the bug.
It was in version 2.91.21
I do not have any more information like screenshots, too bad.
I ish hoping that you guys are able to fix it, maybe a limited /bank all

Lmao, just when u started adding yourself these bounties, I told somebody in the mainchat how I once got minusbalance on my bankacc after winning 1.1bil bounty, while already having 1.3bil in bank.
See, if u had payed more attention to mainchat, you would've known what happened.

Did you have a negative amount of cash during the banking procedure? Or did you have a positive amount of cash?

I had a possitive ammount, some hundred millions above 0

Is clearly that this game can't handle properly sums of money with 9 or more digits. Never happened to me, but since there's lots of topics about it. I am curious what effect will have to /bank all a 11-digit sum of money. If any admin can make a test by setting bank value and putting a 10+ billions bounty.
Solution: DENOMINATION
1 new dollar to replace 100 current dollars (or 1:20)
The unchangeable prices of food, tune shop, ammunation, and gambling are nothing compared with LVP richness, a such denomimation not only will solve the bug, but also will make the game more realistic.
I know that the bank limit was 400 millions in the past, which was better.
If I was the creator from scratch, I would but max bank limit at 100 million and most expensive properties at 1.000.000 price / 50.000 earnings.
But with this number of registred players and properties, I guess that is impossible to do any denomination!
