SAMP weird sound glitch
nowadays i got this bug, too. Do some1 know how to fix?

i had the same problem, when i asked a person he said it comes from your sound mod
so i removed then reinstalled the sound mod and problem fixed.

The glitch has nothing to do with hardware. It's a known glitch for 0.2x and barely happens on 0.3a, but it's been reported on the forums lately as well. A reconnect fixed it in 0.2x, no clue about 0.3a
