so this person on youtube ask me to help him with sa-mp, saying it won't let hi install but only problem is he doesn't have a gtasa.exe but he doesn't even have shortcut on his desktop plus he wants to play lvp when he get's on(+1), but i just don't like it, i feel like somethings wrong?

Looks like to me he doesn't have San Andreas installed. This is up there with the Darwin awards
To answer your question of "what should I do?" I suggest making a friend with the intelligence greater than a dead hamster. I like asking for the impossible tho Then point him to a website where he can buy the game

Tell him to eBay and buy it. then download SAMP by going to samp.com
download the CD crack they give you if its not the right version.
