I fight with someone and i just banned. the reason was health cheats but i didn't use it!!!! i'm not guilty because for example by_karizma and another people killed me in this day.

Hello I'm the administrator who banned you.
I joined the server and was told that you were suspicious. I teleported to you and started shooting you, and you seemed to take no damage at all. I checked your ping and it was around 90 and you had no lag at all so you should've taken damage from all the bullets I fired at you. You had also been checked by a moderator ingame I was informed that you died and took damage from these.
My question to you now is, why would you take damage from fire, falling and explosions but not from bullets?

i don't know. really i didn't use any cheats but i had some bugs the sound was strange and also when i was walking sometimes i was burnt and my health was going down but no one didn't be close by

Whether you have sound or not doesn't really effect your gameplay.
Would you please describe these "bugs"? And besides you didn't really explain how you didn't take any damage from being shot.

i saw suddenly like something explode and i started burn also when i shot by shotgun to cars (only one time) the cars exploded. i don't know why i didn't take any demage from being shot i just run like everyone. but i remember that some people was shoting to me and they hit me.

At the time I banned you there were three people shooting you. Also I tried shooting everywhere with both sawnoffs and with Tec9s and you still didn't take any damage which you should have done.

i took demage from granates and also sometimes from guns!!!! i don't know how you can't hit me
