Sounds like a command Lukz would use .
But anyways yeah needs to be fixed people are going to get ban and will start using it. My suggest take care of business LVP staff.

I edited your post xbluexfoxx, no offense, but people may abuse this. This is a SA-MP bug, I reported it to the SA-MP developers already.

No problem, I'm sure you could have censored it rather then delete the whole post, But its your choice in the matter. I'm still interested in how LuKz was online to use the command while his "friend" was on at the same moment...
