Is there any patch available because when I enter in that game says that I need to upgrade my windwos to 7 or vista...?

Just Cause 2 does not support Windows XP.
Afaik there is no XP hack out yet, there might be one soon, who knows.
So for now, either get Vista/Seven or wait.

Just Cause 2 does not support DirectX 9, aka it's DirectX 10 only.
They did make a crack so that you could use DirectX 10 on Crysis playing on WinXP, so it's possible indeed.

LOL so many people bought JC2 without even reading the system requirements, then bitch about how its not clear. And how it's not their fault that they didn't read it. And continue to bitch about how DX10 is just DX9. And that game developers should still support XP, even though Microsoft themselves will sport supporting it soon.

Just Cause 2 works for w7/vista Only.
I think they should said it on the front side that does not support DirectX 9
