Suspected Reason: defencing from being carbomb-abused

After a sad day in real life, I entered in LVP trying to raise my happiness. Between some minigames, I was on foot when saw a car with pink blip, but when realized blip is the passager which hides the yellow blip of driver (Ryder) who already carbombed me 2 times, I scared soo hard that I hitted CTRL+ESC then thinking to close the annoying game... but was already banned "pausing for avoiding death".
Hey, I am here for deathmatching, shooting and being shooted, fair fights and minigames, NOT for being provoqued to suicide every 5 minutes!!!! Where are my rights to defence in case of unfair EMO/kamikaze attacks??
What a fucking Bubbles with her CUNT gang, this game gives me more sadness than happyness... now her annoying behavior seems to be copied by some admins too. Lithirm, Delic, Ryder (at least) are abusing many players including me with carbombs and destroying the server fun (I say abusing because are doing too frequent even knowing that some don't likes it, and don't let us to defence).

You should be the last person talking about fair fights. And your rights to defend yourself does not allow you to pause the game and evade death in that matter. You either do your best to avoid the car bombs or develop plans to outsmart the car bomber.

So bubbles creates a gang and someone car bombs you means that they were influenced by the creation of the gang? Nope. I've been car bombing people even before bubbles created the gang.

You call it abuse due to the frequency? The car bombing feature is available to all players of LVP. Maybe there aren't ways to "defend" yourself from car bombs, but there are ways to retaliate against it.
Now, for your ban time. Since you have been banned due to this very same reason before, your ban will be 6 days. You entered the server once knowing that you were banned, which means 3 more days. After you were banned for Evading, you decided to enter the server again, which means 3 more days. So here comes the math.
6 + 3 + 3 = 12 Days.

I was doing same thing with Bubbles and Lithirm without getting any warning, making me to understand that is allowed to defence. Bubbles even uses commands like /tp and /tune when I shooted her, and told me that is her RIGHT TO DEFENCE.

The ban is from 30 march, why you gave me 17 days???? All other ban lengths starts in the moment of getting them. Wonder why I made appeal so late? Because due of carbombs I don't enjoy this server like before. Do you appreciate carbombed? Go and bomb the ones who appreciate too. I didn't bought any carbomb for months, why you constantly carbomb me?
I decided to evade? WTF, I don't remember any ban for evading. I know once that when opened SA-MP to go on other servers, due of instinct I clicked the single server which I have in favorite list, I realized the mistake so Ctrl+alt+del and close it before connecting. Sorry, sometimes I made such mistakes, don't add more days for that! If I will decide to evade, I will login and more...

You're obviously not bright at all when you witness someone abuse and instead of reporting it, you use their methods to abuse.

There is no way I can tell when you evade by accident and when you evade on purpose. Due to that, if you enter the server again, your ban-time will be extended.

Now I know... I didn't reported Bubbles, but before her, I reported 2 other players without any effect... OK, I will keep reporting, despite of being sad to see Ban Zone full with many appeals.
Is possible to set the spawnpoint? Bans like this could be avoided if we had this feature. Halo told me to don't move from the ship, and yes, I was in the ship but joined a minigame then got spawned near north railway in a place with no good cars to escape by driving, I tried to wait the train...
BTW... right now I am fully trained with new tactics to kill people and to defence without ESC, /taxi, /visit, etc... I'm sorry for not training earlier. I can't wait to evade the unban and show them to everyone!!

I feel bad for not appealing earlier and sorry for not posting the date of ban in the first post. I forgot that I could take a look here to get the date. I made screenshot now, there's a single session on 30 march, can you tell me where I evaded my ban?
