I have read an appeal from "SpiLoT " his and my case is same but admins unbanned him and not to me there is something wrong in it

They are not the same. SpiLoT's friend was banned because his IP range was banned. However, his exact IP was not banned.
In your case, your friend cheated using your exact IP.
I would go further into detail, but it seems that English is not your primary language so I don't think you would understand.
