1. Go-Karts for VIP only.
2. Not being able to access ship within 10 seconds of shooting.
3. More gang colors.
4. 10 Second delay between show-messages
5. Not being able to repeat yourself more then twice. (server IP spammers.)
5.2. Or not being able to type with the frequency of x.x.x.x:xxxx in main chat.
6. Spending the donation money on something other then Pr0nz.
Thats all I got for now.
[Edit] 7. Disabling TP'ing when your vehicle is armed with a bomb. It gets addicting.

8. Remove the tax feature, it doesn't improve anything, and its just one of those little corners that use's server processing.
9. Still needs less cars even tho a lot have been removed.
10. Take FiXeR's sheep away. They're starting to smell and its making the server lag.

4. No need imo, there's not much times that there's really showmessage spam. If needed a crewmember can tell people to put it down a bit.
5. Already in place, you cannot repeat the exact words. However, spammers usually just add spaces.

It'll be up to the people who do the new vehicle layout, which will probably be the beta team members and some other random trolls like Fireburn and Matthias.
