I asked this previously in-game, however - I didn't have the chance to post my machine's specifications in game.
My machine's specifications are posted below:

Processor: AMD Phenom(tm) 9500 Quad-Core Processor 2.21 GHz
Installed memory (RAM): 4.00 GB
System: Windows 7: 32-bit
Graphics Card: GeForce 7025 / nForce 630aWill I be able to run this game smoothly without any issues?

Run this test. It will tell you if your PC can run MW2 or not.
On the -- Select Product -- part, look for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2.

You wont be able to run it.
CPU and RAM are uber fine, its just your videocard thats shit.
GeForce 7025 seems to be some integrated GPU chip shit. Get a dedicated videocard and it will run
