I've already talked to you on IRC (yesterday) and I told you that you wouldn't be unbanned.
There's no way you could have gotten weapons that would trigger the anti-cheat from the sawnoff minigame.
I even spoke to a developer regarding the possibility of the anti-cheat being bugged and he said no.
