If that mod adds weapons, it's considered a cheat.

I looked into this mod and found this; The Cleo mod "Groves Spawn Mod" allows you to spawn weapons and vehicles without considering the confines of the servers scripted game mode.
It is clearly stated in the server's game rules about modifications, the only mods allowed to be used are that which change the appearance of the client side vehicle, and nothing more.
This mod,
- Spawns weapons
- Spawns vehicles
- Gives you an unfair advantage over other players
With that said, this is considered a cheat and your ban will be treated likewise. Have fun on other servers.

ok.. i didn't know it was a cheat, i was like being buy in by my friend to get that mod
