Alright, well I reinstalled my Windows 7, and steam just doesn't work.
I download it, run it, it installs, updates, then when I double click on the icon, nothing.
Nothing happens, and sometimes, the login screen pops up, but then steam crashes.
EDIT: Problem solved.
