so today morning about 10.54 GMT +2 i killed a nub and he had 2bill bounty on him, i tryed /bank all, then it said my balance is now -1.387.248.854(dont remember exacly) i had 2 bills in bank, could you please restore my cash?!?

How he had that bounty? /withdraw all then /hitman all? or money cheating?
