Not with all details and not with your highest resolution.
Don't buy anything from DELL. If you want a laptop for gaming, go for an Acer or Asus.

You cant play MW2 on an GMA 4500... even if it will start up, its gonna be like 15 FPS even on the lowest setting
if you want to play games with it, get a laptop with a dedicated videocard, not some onboard gpu chip

I suggest to buy a Asus G60 or Alienware. But Its much better if you buy a desktop.

Come on, how can you honestly suggest to buy ANYTHING from Dell/Alienware? Alienware is pure bullshit, you pay twice just for the brand name. Overpriced shit it is.
Besides that, Alienware wouldnt be in his budget as you can clearly see
