Our clan is looking for a San Andreas Multiplayer server hosting, as cheapest as possible. We also want to pay it from phone, because we can't from credit cards. Who got experience about it? Thanks

Via your bank account, that's how most people from The Netherlands do it..
We got banks like Fortis, ABN, ING and some more but they don't use credit cards so we attach our bank account to paypal..
