Well, you simply enter the car, and type commands which will make you move.
You can easily type /dive, /ctp "id", /tune 1/2, before you get kicked out of the car, and the car gets teleported to a different place.
Soo, malplacing Peters car is easy

Sorry but we're not going to add exceptions to all these commands just for that
