Why do my samp crashes when I try to start it?
Vista indicate after crashing: ''gta_sa.exe stopped working''.
Could someone help me find a solution to the problem?

and delete gta_sa.set, fixes lots of gta sa problems

Tons of mods really complicate thing. Replace moded files with original ones, or simply reinstall game.

This has nothing to do with too many mods, if you still have the problem, enable DEP for everything except things you add and add gta_sa.exe to the list.
