afaik not a LVP bug.
I had it on some other server 2 weeks ago.
I think it had something to do with vehicle desync.

Y_Less said he knows it too, so it's not an LVP bug.
It seems to come when you get those 'error processing player' messages, and I tend to just quit and log back in, not too hard.

One weird thing on this is that I always saw some player(forgot his name) and I thought it was because of him someway. I kicked him and it was over..

It happens to me when i teleport, especially carteleport. I had it go on for like 2 mintues, the whole thing was jsut spazzing out, so i left the server then rejoined and it seemed to be fine again.

this has happend to me before. just tp or ctp to someone or pause or taxi. this should fix this
