Adding weapons/armor/health with the map editor? - Ownerofballs - 11-22-2009
I just started getting the hang of it, I'm able to add random objects such as ramps and the giant cowboy in Las Venturas, but when I try to add armor or health (haven't found the weapon files yet), they show up as solid objects instead of pickups. I know it's possible, because when I used to play on LVP (0.3a won't work for me), there were added weapons and health/armor pickups. Can anyone here help me?

You're making objects, (CreateObject...) and not pickups. If you want to add a pickup check this:

Use /save in-game to get the coordinates.

And I don't know where I'd type those things in. I'd appreciate it a lot if you could point out where exactly to put that information in, or if you could show me where to download the editor you use (if it's a different one).

Yea, or if I'm able to make maps for multiplayer that'd be cool too, maybe they'll get used at some point.
