First of all, I never shot you. I watched you. Can you explain me how you got armour on spawn while you didn't have spawnarmour?

oh you about this i think in the game i always buy spawn armor and maybe it's a bug something like this i don't now so much about the san andreas bet i swear i never use cheats believe me.

There is no way you can get armour after spawn without having bought spawnarmour. Sorry, but you were cheating.
Cheating equals a lifetime ban. Denied.
