but i dont know how i must do that can some body help me?

Exclamation points ("!") are not allowed in SA:MP nicknames. Could you please pick another name?
As for the forum name: Considering you just registered on the forum about an hour ago, I'd suggest you simply re-register under the forum name you want. Registering under one name and then requesting a name change is truly asinine.
