Who (when and where) lets us, the beta testers, know when do we need to appear for a private beta test, for example, to test out newest gamemode before its release to public server?

It'll be announced in the #LVP.Beta, when a developer needs a tester.

There hasn't been much development lately, there should be some this weekend. We'll be recruiting a head beta tester soonish to organise the tests.
