When I buy armour in ammunation, and I exit ammu I lost armour.

If you turn it weapons in interiors off, all interiors in every world no longer allow weapons. It's an all on or all off. As far as I know there is a ticket for this.

Yeah, the armour pickup in the VIP lounge is useless because of this.

Already known, I think it has something to do with the savehandler.
Before you enter the interior, your health and armour will be saved. If you don't have armour before you enter an interior and you get armour inside an interior, you will lose it because your health was saved before you entered an interior.
