[UNBANNED]BANNED - really NO reason!! - Future - 10-23-2009

I want a opinion from other admins too about this story.
FiXeR tells us that TEF will enter soon on the server, and today is in a bad mood, so tells everyone to be careful. I agree with FiXeR, he was in bad, very bad mood, but the problem is that he enters in game when is angry and make other players to be angry for no reason.
So... at the midnight, TEF entered in game, and soon he bombed me while I was in middle of the air, parachuting to an expensive property, then contacted me via PM tell to not /dive because I can fall to death, but I had parachute so I cannot die (or maybe I really wanted to die by falling?) then he banned me. I even not use mainchat on that moment, just walking, driving, flying, diving, parachuting, buying, like everybody else, and keeping distance from him, about 10 person were on the server and I was not involved in any fight... so what reason for BANNING?
Is not the first time when TEF is angry with me for unknown reasons and disrespects me, just because I chatted like other people and answered to newbies' questions. I have SA-MP for about 20 days. Maybe my experience level is low, maybe my english is not perfect, but at least I use english and not spanish and other forbidden languages. I don't see anywhere any rule that says that is forbidden to dive, to buy properties, to help newbies on in-game chat, or to use the in-game chat for non-game related discussions, and a lot of people do that including the admins, and a lot of other players behave more stupid than me, so why I am the only one banned? If TEF have a personal problem with me, I wait him to a private discussion, but I DON'T WANT to be banned in the game without breaking any in-game rule!
If I broke any rule, please warn me! Now remove my ban!
PS: I had seeing the banned message also about 10 days ago, for two times, in a day in which my ISP was running bad and internet breakouts were frequently. I believe that when the connection failed, my player remained in game but with 9999 ping, and was temporary banned, because after 1-2 hours later I entered and the banning message no longer appeared. But for this time, I checked now and I am STILL banned even after 48 hours, even if someone at 1 hour after banning telled me that he speaked with in-game admins and they removed my ban, so I can go back to game.
I was busy these days, no time for playing any game, so excuse me for not creating this appeal earlier.

Thanks for wasting everyone's time with that garbage story. What really happened was you decided to abuse "/dive" to avoid death (meaning you were using the command to avoid being killed by another player). I nuked you in midair and PM'ed you, telling you not to do so again. You then decided to PM me with nonsense. Not only this, but you have been disrespectful for quite a while now. I'm never "in a bad mood." FiXeR was joking around with you. Players always say how I'm "angry" or "mad," so he likes to joke around with other players and tell them so as well. It was not serious. Simply because I tell you to follow the rules does not mean I'm "in a bad mood." Nor does it mean such because I type with correct grammar and punctuation. I'm never "angry" or "mad" or "upset" in a damn video game. You stating I am is, quite frankly, an insult, so don't do it again.
Once you accept the above as factual, you will be unbanned.
I do not want any discussion here, Future. If you cannot admit to what actually happened—not some garbage about how I have a "personal problem" with you—then don't bother posting. Again, post only if you're willing to admit your own wrongdoing, not if you're going to twist the story in a pathetic attempt to incriminate me.

I had no idea what was in your mind so I write that long garbage story to explain all possible questions from you and others. I don't thinked that you mean death by gun and not death by falling, sorry. I not used /dive because I wanted to avoid being shot, I used it to reach the building rooftops, plus I had some curiosity because I never used that command before. I cannot abuse just by using it once. Thanks for warning, I will not use /dive in fight rounds.
I see many people dissapearing in front of my gun, and no idea where they go, in the sky? They must be also punished?
I don't want to incriminate you without reason. I'm sorry if I offenced you by thinking that you have a personal problem with me or you are angry because of my bad language or stupid chatting, but I had no idea what was in your mind. And the bad mood was just a joke? LOL!
I accept you, I love the admins who follows game rules and punish players who break rules, as long as they not discriminate or are racist with some players. Let's have fun, jokes, and respect each other again in the game!
