Well, i think i can explain it. I've got a wireless connection from the local internet provider. They use other ISP connection, so all users get the same IP. So some noob propably from my city connected here and used the cheat, so my IP was banned aswell

Not our problem really. If your IP gets banned, nothing we can do, an IP which has a hacker on it will not be unbanned.
