Hai,
I don't like to complain, but this is going too far.
I made a video:
World abuse
Here you can see Solder_Joker and Frank123(who already got banned for world abusing?) world abusing (others of this purple gang were world abusing as well)
They just don't shoot and run, waiting when they can go to another world. It's just freaking lame
Isn't there any better solution for this then putting a timer?

err, maybe if you want to go to another world, you need to pay cash or something?
So they need to /withdraw first
+ the timer ofcourse
this realy is a hard problem, all those lameasses doing it

Most people have cash on them, the price would have to be quite high.

How about the same as with a taxi? That it takes time to teleport to a different world.

Major inconvenience for those who want to zip around to different worlds and that aren't abusing.
If you've been in a fight, you have to be out of the vicinity of that fight (a fair distance, instead of timer based) to teleport to another world?
