HELP WINDOWS VISTA! - reatardobot - 10-02-2009
When i try to run GTA SA-MP it doesn't run i also followed every step but it just doesn't work i reinstalled them 3 times and i also degraded it! when i try to run LVP it just doesn't start.... ._. help me please XD!

Ok, first off, make a clean install of SA. Then downgrade, then install SA-MP (the latest version). After that, right click SA-MP.exe and click properties>compatability>windows ME/98 + Run as administrator. Then do the same for GTA_SA.exe
Also then open SAMP, right click on Las Venturas Playground, then click connect. This should work. If not wait for Hitman.

He said his PC isn't vista compatible, but its running vista. Meaning it is vista compatable. And don't upgrade your card. Seems like there are guys talking right outa their assholes.
Anywho, I think I know whats wrong. Does SA-MP run? so that little window where you choose ya server. Does it open?

If his game is not running, it could very well be a video card problem.

Yes, but the fact of the matter is, it won't even start. Which is something completely different. And theres no point spending hundreds on a new card, then finding thats not the problem
