My brother MRSOLY asked TEF for money, I know that my IP is my responsibility but he is 11 years old and he also has about 40-50 mill in the bank, I don't no why he did that, So u can choose a suitable punishment like 'don't play the game for X days' and I can make it work without the ban.

That's funny... I thought I unbanned him as soon as I reset his bank...
In any sense, he's now unbanned, but his bank has been emptied. Tell him to never spam anyone's PM or beg for money again.
