You got banned for a moneycheat twice and then continuously evaded. So, I'll quickly sum it up for you..
Moneycheat = Permanent.
All the evades from last year and this year: I think a good +10 days..
So, permanent + 10 days = permanent. Denied.

Yeah, and your brother plays from your IP's. Your IP = your responsibility. Your brother's IP (thus your IP too) = his and your responsibility.
