Just fill in the nickname you wanted to connect with and your ip and the date you wanted to connect.

Tried with several random nicknames, also disconnected and reconnected a few times which changes my IP.

I can try to connect with any random name like fdfdssdfkfdsl and I get the "You are banned from..." message.
