I'm scared at the fact that they were going very slow. My rc car can go faster than that.  :/

Its a practice, thats why they going slow, but i dont know if its a park or they wasted their money on a one of those places where people pay to go high speed on a road instead of the regular road. Like where they have shows like drag racing and people stunt and shit.

It looks like they just used a rotary real early in the morning (before any motorists got on the road).
