well i use F2 for to get some movie.. but i got .tag formt files. What player could play it.
or better..Do you know some programm for convert that to .avi .wmv. please answer me here or PM.

Just open the GTA IV video editor and drag some clips to it..
You can edit the clips by using that program and when your done you can export it to a 720p avi file..

It's no stand-alone program, its inbuilt into your game! Start GTA IV, and then somewhere in the settings is a thing called VIDEO EDIT (i use the german version, dont know if i translated it correctly), click on that.
