Allow people to use /mods and /admins when particiating in minigames...
Sometimes I want to ask a crewmember something about a minigame or talk with them if I find a bug.
I know I can just use @ but if no-one responds then I don't know if the message comes through.
So therefor I suggest /mods and /admins being able to use when in a minigame.

I don't see potential harm/abuse in allowing this command, so I'd say: Fine by me.
Although I doubt if many people use it while in a mini game.

Wouldn't be too much of a hassle to allow people to use it.
