erm is it me or are pages not fully loading up, idk was just browsing around on the forums and noticed that pages would not fully load up like some pages would only show half the comments and the side bar would limit me from scrolling any further

nope, it's been fine for the rest of the time I've been on forums, and I have 8mb boradband

I had something alike several times last week.
But instead of the page not showing up, the stuff above when posting(bolding etc, all the icons) wouldn't show up. Most would but a few wouldn't. Instead of the icon I saw the text you see when holding your mouse on them. But when moving my mouse over them, they would show.

I've had the same problem as Killer_Klient, which was caused by someone's signature. After a while it was fixed.

That was caused by some text/code in your own signature.
Because of that, topics where you had posted, also failed to render properly on my computer.
I've removed the "malicious" bit of your signature earlier today.
