LVP Last.fm group - Sander - 01-03-2007

Since 28th of December 2006 some LVP members are joined together in a Last.fm group.
Why? Just for fun. See what other LVP members listen.

What is Last.fm?
Last.fm is a service that records what you listen to, and then presents you with an array of interesting things based upon your tastes — artists you might like, users with similar taste, personalised radio streams, charts, and much more.

Download the client @ http://www.last.fm/tools/downloads/
Don't use the outdated Audioscrobbler plugins, they work, but.. outdated :+

Sounds very familiar to pandora. www.pandora.com is a site where you simply type your music interest and it will find similar music. Very good if you are looking for new music which fits in you area of interest.

Btw, I use an old winamp(something like 2.95, the final old-skool winamp  8) ), and I need to use an old Audioscrobbler plugin to use it.
So if you also experience problems with old mediaplayers, checkout the Audioscrobbler plugins section @ http://www.last.fm/tools/downloads/ .

Does anyone know how too turn off that diskdrive search? Everytime i play an audiofile the last.fm program starts looking in my diskdrive it's getting really annoying. I've tried some settings but it didn't seem to work.

Never seen that before..
But I've all my MP3 on a network drive, so maybe it does the same, but I won't see it.

I looked at the LVP section on the Last.fm site (http://www.last.fm/group/LVP). Who is listening music of Pink Floyd? I'm a big Pink Floyd fan! I like some songs of Metallica also. I think I sign up soon! :)
