I realy like the share in profit buildings like the LVP main bank and taxi. But I had some more ideas.
1. Share in profit with minigames. The minigame main building.
2. Share in profit with taxes. The IRS or belastingdienst. A lot of people are paying taxes so it could be a great opportunity to make a prop for that.
3. Share in profit with bounties. Bounty Building.
4. Share in profit with tuning. Garage.
What about this?

Except for minigames, all of these exist already, however the flags haven't been setup. They should be set up soon-ish.
I like the idea about the minigames though I must admit.

And maybe a stock exchange, like the Dow Jones. Here you can buy stocks and the rate changes every hour. Maybe real time with the Dow Jones or just programmed.
