I have been banned for "There's no way in hell that you don't toggle" or something similar. Such a loose argument. I don't even know why I bother playing with little teenagers who act as if they're above me when all we really are is a bunch of people looking to play a god damn video game, yet it doesn't seem that way.
Apparently, after speaking with a friend of mine who I play with on LVP, I was banned because someone accused me of toggling because there were "hundreds of bullets firing at THE_AMBASSADOR and only a few hit." Please educate me and tell me how on Earth I was able to "toggle" when I was shooting coherently.
I've heard that there's evidence. Please show me this evidence.
I'm sorry if this has come across a bit harsh, but because a few people who have probably deathmatched for a few months on SA-MP were unable to find where to precisely hit me, I'm blamed? I'm blamed for someone elses incompetence? Experience isn't a hack.

You were being fought by about five or six other players with only one accomplice of your own, yet your health went down only every five to ten seconds. While "toggling" is very much so a loose argument, I have no doubt in my mind you were. Why? Because while you gave the excuse of "shooting coherently," most people who cheat use binds in order to toggle them on and off. Your bind could have been just one key, allowing you to give the appearance of actually having a fair fight. Most other regulars who have been caught toggling act the same way in fights, so I wouldn't use that excuse if I were you.

However, you were being fought by many different players with quite some skill on them. There's just no chance you could keep on surviving the barrage of bullets unless you were actually toggling.

In fact, the player who reported you for toggling has a very low rate of defeat, a very high rate of success, and has been playing SA:MP for years. I mean, I was personally testing you for about ten minutes and I have been playing the game since RUMBLE. Again, don't revert to insulting and making outrageous claims of your own simply because you were banned for a very real possibility.
Unless you have proof of your innocence, I'm afraid I'll have to deny this appeal. Get back to me.

"Proof of innocence" .. that's ridiculous. I won't bother with this, I'll just ban evade, there's no way in hell you'll find me anyway, good luck.
