You were fighting near the ship. As you were fighting, you were low on health. You ran for the armor pickup, but before you reached it, a car ran over you. At that time, someone aiming at you with Sawns was coming to you, to finish you off. But, what happened?! You did not die!
You had pressed Esc to avoid death. How do I know this, because you had been doing it your whole time. Not in an abusing way, but you constantly ran away from battle, and entered interiors and refilled, just to avoid death. So that Scanner excuse is BS.
