PC stuttering ocassionaly and randomly - Ph03n1x - 06-30-2009
Sometimes my pc sound makes a buzzing sound like its suttering and the images stutter too. Its not temp related cos it can happen when just internet browsing. Its fixed by restart. Any ideas as to what the hell is happening with it?

you should check your task manager what task is rapidly loading your CPU for several seconds, then slows down again

update your drivers and see if it helps
