hello all ,
I think i got the solution for recruitements problems
Look if we see a new player that wants to join B&A , if he isnt that good we set him in 'Training '
And then when the player improve his skills we can set him in trials
And in trials we see if he is good enoug and we see if its a nice friendly player
And then we promote to soldier =)
its a little different that the system of recruitement that we have now
And plz set : truls and h00ligan in trials

I don't agree.
We don't need to list every "beginner" in our Squad as Training.
Also I find it very bad that you wanted to join SiN and as they refused you, you just act like nothing happend.

i Just dind wanted to enter if i have to leave B&A
training should be for "beginners" who arent yet in our squad
i didnt want to create a class were we put less skilled players
i simply wanted to make it easier to "bind" player to B&A
